For 2 people. Wash and drain 200 g of blackcurrants. Pour the fruit into a blender with 1 yoghurt, 10 cl of milk (vegetable or animal), a dash of agave syrup or sugar, a few mint leaves and ice cubes. Mix everything.

Strawberry chocolate smoothie
For 2 people. Place in a blender 100 g of strawberries (or 50 g of strawberries and 50 g of blueberries), pieces of 1/2 frozen banana, 125 ml of almond milk (or cow’s milk), 1 tbsp. c. unsweetened chocolate powder, a little honey (optional) and ice cubes. Mix everything.

For 2 people. Pour 125 ml of coconut milk into a blender. Add 1 bowl of frozen raspberries and 1 frozen banana cut into pieces. Mix and lengthen if necessary with coconut milk.

For 2 people. Brew and cool 2 tea bags. Peel and cut into pieces 4 kiwis. Mix the fruit with the juice of 1 lemon (or 2 depending on taste) and the tea (to be dosed according to the desired texture).
